What You Will Be Doing

  • Architect and manage a high-value sales pipeline targeting elite private schools, maintaining strategic visibility across all stages of your opportunities

  • Execute the complete sales cycle with precision, from targeted prospecting to closing transformative deals that exceed revenue targets
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers throughout the private education ecosystem
  • Leverage CRM technology to maintain impeccable records and deliver accurate forecasting

Enterprise Account Executive Key Responsibilities

Drive substantial revenue growth by securing strategic partnerships for our 2 Hour Learning solution across the private education sector, establishing market dominance, and achieving exponential year-over-year growth.

Basic Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales excellence with consistent achievement or overachievement of revenue targets
  • Demonstrated mastery of the complete sales cycle, from strategic prospecting through complex deal closure
  • Verifiable experience in education markets (US K-12) or adjacent sectors such as EdTech, SaaS, or educational services
  • Superior consultative selling abilities and relationship development skills with educational stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms including Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Must be based in the United States or Canada, with preference given to Northeast locations (Maine, New York, Connecticut)
  • Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. private school ecosystem and decision-making structures
  • Capacity to travel 50-75% for in-person client engagement and industry events

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
