- Guide and develop a team of educators to deliver the Alpha learning system with exceptional standards
- Design Guide Playbooks with best practices for facilitation, engaging learning activities, and overcoming challenges
- Offer regular, actionable feedback to educators to enhance student engagement and success
- Mentor a select group of students, demonstrating expert coaching and motivational tactics
- Creating lesson plans – your role is to train Guides to facilitate through adaptive apps
- Compromising standards – maintaining a 100% passing grade is essential
- Conducting dull training sessions – you'll lead energetic, hands-on development for Guides
Lead the training and development of a team of Guides to execute the Alpha system with excellence.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, learning and development, coaching, or a related field.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative educational programs, curricula, or training initiatives.
- Strong leadership and mentorship abilities to build, manage, and inspire high-performing teams.
- Experience working with youth (ages 5-18) in educational or developmental settings.
- Proficient in data analysis and using metrics for decision-making and improvement.
- Must be willing to work on-site in one of the specified locations.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
