CPH has an opening in our Tampa, Florida office location for the following position :
Architectural Designer
Hiring Bonus of $1,000 for selected candidate!
CPH is seeking a full-time Architectural Designer. This person would participate in all facets of the design process, including preparation of presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
Duties Include
- Preparation of accurate architectural presentation, design and construction documents in REVIT.
- Collaboration and coordination of design with project team including architects, designers, consultants and clients.
- Research and interpretation of relevant codes and client requirements.
- Implementation & utilization of established REVIT standards, families and templates.
- Preparation of specifications and review of shop drawings
- Periodic travel to perform building investigations, measurements, and construction observation. Duty includes preparation of subsequent reports and exhibits.
- Assistance with compiling construction plans from all disciplines and submittal to agencies having jurisdiction.
