We are seeking an experienced Surveyor / Remote Sensing Specialist to join our team. This position is 40 hours per week in our Minden or Reno offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists Survey Director in preparing survey proposals and manage budgets.
- Assists Survey Director managing field crews and office technicians maintaining schedules and deliverables.
- Analyze field survey data, GPS data, LiDAR data and GIS data for project delivery.
- Understand tolerances and accuracy as they relate to project needs.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
- Assists in boundary analysis.
- Prepares plats and legal descriptions.
- Works closely with Director of Surveying, Project Managers, Engineers, and Designers to obtain project information and ensure drawings are accurate and complete.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
