As the Water & Natural Resources Business Line Manager , you’ll lead the continued growth and evolution of our water resources practice in the New England market. You will be one of the “faces” of Fuss & O’Neill’s Water & Natural Resources practice from Maine to New York.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Water & Natural Resources Business Line and Operations team to develop new clients and projects focused on climate adaptation and nature-based approaches to solve traditional engineering challenges
- Develop, lead, and / or support multi-disciplinary teams on a range of water resource-related projects.
- Work closely with Business Line, Operations and Marketing Leaders to identify and develop opportunities to grow our practice.
- Recommend new approaches or technology to build a competitive advantage in the market
- Recommend key hires and participate in the hiring process in the market; actively engage in staff development assessments and make recommendations for training and / or additional development activities
- Act as Project Manager with high-profile projects and clients, providing expert-level technical support
