Job Description :
- Junior business analyst working on Engineering Operations team.
- This team is focused on program budgets headcount & materials management and space planning.
- This individual will be responsible to help develop corporate business tracking and analytics tools using advanced excel SQL & Power BI.
- The ideal candidate would have at least minimal programing experience with a strong interest to learn more.
- The day to day job will be approximately 40% focused on technical dashboard development along with 60% focused on day to day tactical deliverables including cost center management labor actuals tracking space planning program spend comparisons & budget attainment.
- The ideal candidate has a passion for streamlined processes and data management. Candidate should be proficient with data mining blending and visualization to help import / export and merge data files. In addition to producing the data the candidate would have the skills to structure and execute complex analysis draw insights and communicate findings and recommendations.
- Need a high energy detail oriented candidate who is selfmotivated to be able to switch between daily tactical tasks while still carving out time for development of data dashboards with tight deadlines.
