Overall Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will provide guidance to Google Cloud Sellers on day to day contracting operations, including handling policy queries, investigating contract execution delays, and supporting non-standard contract signature requests. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a dynamic environment, is passionate about risk management within scaled operations, and is able to focus on complex areas and the details that underpin them.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Meet with business and engineering team members
- Respond to inbound questions about sales policies and processes from Google Cloud Sellers
- Support managers during peak quarter-end close procedures to ensure timely signature of commercial agreements
- Manage multiple projects concurrently to continually map, enhance and improve compliance operations procedures.
Skill/Experience/Education
Mandatory
Education: Bachelor's degree; or, in lieu of degree, 3 years of relevant practical work experience in sales operations, project management or paralegal work
Desired
Experience of working with commercial sales agreements, including interpretation of contractual terms, and internal governance and approval procedures
