Currently we are seeking a "Partner Newsletter Project Manager" for one of our clients that is a leading multination corporation
Job Title : Partner Newsletter Project Manager
Work Location : Fully Remote, however, candidates in the West and Mid-West preferred (PST or CST zones)
Part Time 20 hours per week average
Fixed end date of July 31, 2025
Fully Remote candidate should be flexible for scheduling of meetings as most of the team is in PST
Preferred : PST or CST zone
We are looking for a detail-oriented, part-time project manager to manage the steps / process to run our monthly, global partner newsletter "PULSE".
This includes :
Sending out the "Call for Content" email to receive articles from SMEs
Reviewing articles for spelling errors
Confirming that the call-to-action links submitted by SMEs point to where they say they point
Working with the Marketing Operations team contact to get the email newsletter built in KNAK
Submitting requests for email scheduling codes using our Smartsheet form
Managing a quarterly newsletter calendar with all the key milestones for each month's
Education : Bachelor's degree required
Experience :
3-5 years program / project management
Experience with Google Sheets required
KNAK experience preferred but not mandatory
