Program Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive end-to-end program execution, collaborating with marketing, engineering, and business teams.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Work with technical teams to manage product launches, platform updates, and integrations.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide insights to improve campaigns and processes.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure seamless cross-team coordination.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs to ensure timely project completion.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in program/project management in a tech or marketing environment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and advertising platforms.
• Experience working with engineering teams on product development or technical projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, or marketing automation tools.
• Understanding of Cloud technologies, APIs, and platform integrations.
• PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications.
