THE TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCHEDULING REP WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word or Excel and logistics experience is preferred.
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCHEDULING REP
You will work a Monday – Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, ensuring you have evenings and weekends free. This full-time, in-office position keeps you engaged during the day while allowing you to maintain a great work-life balance.
As a Customer Service and Scheduling Rep, your day will start with answering incoming calls, directing them to the right department, and assisting customers with their needs. You will quickly become familiar with the products and services we offer, allowing you to provide accurate information. As part of your responsibilities, you will generate job paperwork, order necessary materials, and ensure everything is ready for installation projects. You will also coordinate schedules for our installation teams, keeping projects on track and running smoothly.
