What You'll Own & Lead

Comprehensive Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy

• Oversee and optimize digital, traditional, and face-to-face marketing efforts.
• Develop data-driven strategies to drive lead flow, customer engagement, and brand growth.

Technology & Lead Management

• Utilize or learn industry tech tools: Marketsharp & Hatch to streamline marketing efforts and track conversions.
• Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead quality and improve ROI.

Call Center & Appointment Setting Strategy

• Oversee the Call Center Manager and ensure performance metrics align with business objectives.
• Implement best practices for lead nurturing, rehash, and appointment setting.

Digital & Paid Advertising Management

• Oversee all digital marketing vendors and internal campaigns, including:
  • Website development & optimization

• SEO & organic content strategies
• Google PPC, LSA, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and social media engagement

• Ensure cost-effective digital campaigns that deliver high-quality leads and a strong return on investment.

Non-Traditional & Face-to-Face Marketing

• Develop and oversee field marketing programs, including: Event & Tradeshow Marketing

• Canvassing Strategy & Door-to-Door Marketing
• Retail Partnerships & Storefront Displays
• Brand Ambassador Program
• Customer Referral & Review Campaigns

Traditional Media & Mass Marketing

• Manage TV, radio, billboards, and direct mail marketing, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and lead-generation goals.
• Build relationships with media partners for optimal placement and performance.

Recruiting, Hiring, and Training Marketing Teams

• Build and develop marketing teams, including call center agents, field marketers, and digital marketing specialists.
• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training programs.
• Create SOPs and training systems to ensure operational efficiency.

KPI Tracking & Leadership Collaboration

• Analyze marketing performance metrics, track key KPIs, and continuously refine strategy.
• Conduct weekly leadership meetings to ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and operations.

Who You Are
