This position is responsible for managing all events & shows as well as our partnerships with retail stores, including Costco. This manager will be responsible for developing a comprehensive events calendar, managing & designing our booths, & building / training a team of high-performing appointment setters.

- Develop on boarding program for appointment setters
- Team development & training
- Establish performance benchmarks & growth pathways
- Maintain relationships & coordinate with retail partnerships
- Spearhead the Costco Shop-At-Home program
- Manage & redesign booths & trade show sets
