At Trim-A-Seal Home Improvements, we're on the lookout for a full-time Window and Gutter Technician to join our family in Gary, Indiana. We offer a competitive pay of $20 – $25/hour and great perks like:

In this full-time Window and Gutter Technician role, you'll work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasionally, you might have a weekend shift, but it'll follow the same schedule-8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Each morning starts at our central location!

As a Window and Gutter Technician, you will start your day ready to make a difference, troubleshooting and repairing everything from windows to gutters, Gutter Helmet systems, siding, soffit, fascia, and even SunSetter Awnings (if you've worked with these, that's a big bonus!). You'll have all the tools you need, provided by the company, to get the job done right. Along the way, you'll meet homeowners who count on your expertise, and you'll make their day by delivering top-notch customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with windows, siding, gutters, and SunSetter awnings
- 10 years of experience in a similar role
Strong customer service skills are ideal!
