Sales Development Executive

Job OFull-Time | Based in Rupert, ID | Travel Required

Trim Tec is a small but growing manufacturer of hoof trimming wheels and other dairy/ag equipment. We’re looking for someone who’s good with people, relentless with follow-up, and excited to help grow a business that’s built on solid products and a big vision. You’ll be working closely with the founder and playing a key role in shaping where we go next.

What You’ll Be Doing

· Sell Trim Tec wheels, inserts, and other equipment to hoof trimmers, dealers, and dairies. Trimtecusa.com

· Follow up with warm leads and convert them into ongoing customers.

· Travel to farms, shops, trade shows, and customer sites across the U.S.

· Collect feedback from the field to help shape our next generation of products.

· Help build out a sales process and customer database from the ground up.

· Work closely with the founder on strategy, pricing, and product direction.

· Work with the web team to update websites.

· Compile a weekly email and send it to subscribers.

· Fulfill orders some of the time.

What We’re Looking For

· A confident communicator who builds trust and rapport quickly

· Self-motivated, persistent, and unafraid to ask for the sale

· Observant and curious—someone who listens and digs for insights

· Comfortable traveling, being on the road, and working independently

· Bonus: Familiar with agriculture, dairy, trimming, or equipment sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
