Main Duties & Responsibilities Onsite Monday - Friday Key Responsibilities: Compensation: 24.00- 26.00/hr Benefits: Medical Insurance and Prescription Drugs
Utilize your 2 years of experience to efficiently enter customer orders into the EPR (Enterprise Resource Planning) system which is IQMS
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer orders.
Conduct follow-up communication with clients to ensure their orders are processed to their satisfaction.
Greet customers and assist with onsite visitors and activities, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Perform basic administrative tasks, including answering phones, handling mail, maintaining filing systems and ordering office supplies as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to assist with various tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, with a focus on entering customer orders into IQMS.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Previous experience in a similar role or industry is a plus.
