Trimax Mowing Systems is a family-owned company that designs, develops, manufactures, and distributes tractor-powered mowing equipment. Due to significant growth and expansion, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative based out of the Gainesville, FL area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the Trimax team and help champion our vision for the future.

Your Role :
Your primary role will be to cultivate sales demand for Trimax within various target markets, including turf / sod farms, Viticulture, Horticulture, Polo and others, by effectively engaging with these markets. Sales will be conducted through our established direct sales channels. The objective is to ensure customer satisfaction, faster sales growth, and establish enduring and mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
Additional aspects of the role include :
Representing our brand with passion and dedication.
Providing hands-on technical product assistance.
Planning, setting up and exhibiting at field day events across the year to promote sales.
Field demonstrations and installation of mowers
Active use and maintenance of our comprehensive CRM systems to drive sales inquiries.
Key Skills :
Energy, drive and tenacity to open doors to achieve ambitious targets and to continuously look for new opportunities, follow up and implement new business.
Proven experience within target markets and / or with tractor powered machinery and related sales.
IT Competence inc. Microsoft Suite and ability to learn and use new systems quickly including proficiency in CRM software to manage customer data, track interactions and enhance overall sales processes.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to act as an effective global team member, contributing to ideas and the growth of the company.
High levels of organizational capability in a rapidly changing environment.
Capability to competently train customers and dealers on proper use and owner maintenance to increase their product knowledge.
Ability to tow a trailer and strap down machinery.
