Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, progressive person to lead our company from a product support and product training perspective. This person should be a self-starter, self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and outgoing with the ability to build long term relationships with our customers, potential customers and staff members. An ideal candidate will have a background in Product Training and/or Product Support.
Duties Include but are not limited to
- Develop Product Sales Training
- Train current staff and customers
- Travel in field with sales personnel for training and product demo’s
- Assist in product technical support
- Product Troubleshooting
- Develop service and technical support training
- Assist in developing competitive product support comparisons
- Assist in the development and enhancement of product manuals
- Assist in the management of any online support materials including online procurement portals
- Others to be assigned
Minimum Job Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License
- Access to reliable transportation
- Associate’s Degree
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with solid IT skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- 2-5 Years’ experience in a similar role
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
