What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Executive position at TriMech Solutions LLC?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- 100% direct sales to existing customers in an assigned territory and 50% net new business
- Initiate sales activities to inspire, educate and develop account relationships for SOLIDWORKS suite of products and TriMech's solutions
- Identify, evaluate, and respond to key business issues of the account and develop, present and demonstrate SOLIDWORKS and TriMech's capabilities to the potential customer
- Introduce and integrate our technical team as well as SOLIDWORKS and Solution Partner resources to the customer to demonstrate capabilities
- Provide territory management data including forecasts, account management documentation, activity reports and a working business plan for the assigned territory to management utilizing Salesforce CRM
- Prospect in respective territories through cold calling, OEM lead follow-up, seminar attendance, trade show and other events.
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries timely by telephone, email, video meeting and personal visits.
- Maintain a living forecast of 30-60-90-day activity and weekly activity reports
- Present solutions to customers / prospects using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
- Work with the technical team to present a strong business solution to our prospects and customers
- Continually engage with clients and prospects within assigned territory
- Maintain quota as assigned by Regional Sales Manager
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills through research and reading industry publications and related materials
