The Inventory Validation Lead directly supports the Inventory Validation team and works closely with leadership to drive consistent and accurate inventory validation results. This position will lead company initiatives through the oversight and mentoring of newer associates on the team, tagging of medical devices which would include both basic and high-end medical assets serving as the onsite subject matter expert, and promotes consistent team culture in accordance with TRIMEDX mission, vision, and values. This is a full-time permanent position on the inventory validation team.
Driving for accurate and consistent inventory productivity while maintaining a team first training mentality for new associates will be essential functions of the role. Experience with validating and / or working with medical assets will also be necessary to perform in this role.
Responsibilities
Inventory Validation Process - 75%
