Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn various aspects of construction. This role involves working on diverse projects, contributing to the successful completion of construction tasks, and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various construction tasks including but not limited to painting, remodeling, cutting & installing trim, setup & breakdown of daily setup . Cleanup
• Support skilled tradespeople in carpentry and general contracting applications.
• Fabricate components as needed for specific projects.
• Perform trim carpentry and door hanging tasks with attention to detail.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.
• Help with the movement of materials and tools on-site to ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with tape measure, laser/level, miter/table saws, power tools, and remodeling is a plus.
• Strong ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in the construction industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Year round work
