Job Summary:
The role involves leading and participating in moderately complex initiatives within the Transactions and Processing area, contributing to large-scale planning and deliverables. The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing business, operational, or technical challenges that require a comprehensive evaluation of various factors. This includes reviewing, approving, and submitting complex money movement transactions while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within the Transactions and Processing area and contribute to large scale planning related to deliverables
- Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
- Review, approve and submit complex money movement transactions
- Resolve moderately complex issues and present recommendations for improvements while leveraging solid understanding of the Transaction and Processing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals, lead projects, teams or serve as a mentor for less experienced staff
- Collaborate and consult with functional colleagues, internal partners and stakeholders, including internal and external customers if applicable
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required
- 4 years of Transactions and Processing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
