Job Summary:

The Managing Director will focus on managing restructuring real estate assets, creating value for clients, and leading large teams. Meanwhile, the Senior Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate assets, developing strategies to maximize value and performance. Their responsibilities include monitoring asset performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, preparing budgets and financial models, conducting financial reviews, and building relationships with investors and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and development opportunities to team members.
  • Manage client expectations and overall relationships across different business lines.
  • Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value and performance.
  • Monitor and report on asset performance, including financial analysis, market trends, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models for asset management activities.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on asset performance and strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, focus on economics, finance, real estate, or a related degree is preferred.
  • 15 years of experience in finance and real estate
  • 9team by setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and conducting regular performance reviews to foster collaboration, productivity, and professional growth.
  • Proven track record in restructuring real estate assets
  • Excellent financial analysis and modeling capabilities
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing asset management strategies
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and risk assessment
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the real estate sector
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors and partners
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of proficiency with relevant software and tools used in asset management and financial modeling
