Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Associate Director, DE&I to support the delivery of enterprise DE&I programs.
- Standardize TRG operations, including yearly goal setting, asynchronous processes and developing a methodology to measure success and program effectiveness.
- Coach and develop TRG Co-Captains to enhance capabilities and leadership effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Associate Director, DE&I to manage the TRGs yearly budget and develop governance practices that ensure alignment to the DE&I strategy.
- Collaborate with key business partners across Trimont to build relationships that yield increased engagement in DE&I initiatives and TRG membership.
- Develop an ongoing communication channel with TRG Co-Captains that provides monthly updates on TRG progress and creates an avenue to gain access to support.
- Use DE&I strategy to assist TRGs in building strategies that add value to members and offer tangible outcomes.
- Manage the yearly DE&I calendar of events, ensuring the information is kept updated.
- Support the Associate Director, DE&I with developing educational programs that recognize and honor each DE&I cultural event,
- Partner with Marketing to create communications that raise awareness and increase programming visibility.
- Manage the onboarding and succession planning process for TRG Co-Captains.
- Manage the recognition program for TRG Co-Captains and active members.
- Maintain knowledge of diversity-related matters, legislation, and best practices.
- Track and manage department data, providing insights for monthly reporting.
Required Qualifications:
- Higher Education in Business Management, Human Resources or related field OR 3-years of demonstrable experience delivering inclusion efforts or previous human resource business partner experience.
- An understanding of global differences, with experience that demonstrates flexibility in approach and an ability to navigate complex global diversity topics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and present to diverse population and stakeholders varying career levels.
- Proficient understanding of the dimensions of diversity and demonstrated ability to build enterprise inclusion efforts.
- Demonstrated success in managing virtual and in-person interactions.
- Proficient in Word, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, and other MS Office tools.
- Ability to proactively problem-solve, make decisions, anticipate next steps, and monitor progress for multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills required, both written and verbal.
- Ability to tailor communication to meet the needs of the audience.
- Be adept at moving organizations through their pace of change while recognizing and respecting where people are on their journey.
- Highly influential allowing to execute established goals efficiently.
