Job Summary:
The Senior Associate, Investor Relations will join an established investment management firm, specializing in a diverse range of commercial real estate products. The Senior Associate will collaborate with portfolio managers, asset management, and the underwriting team to compile data for client deliverables and provide strategic support.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and finalize detailed reports customized for individual clients and aligned with industry standards.
- Contribute to the creation of marketing presentations for both current and potential clients.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver daily client services and manage on-demand requests efficiently.
- Aid the fundraising efforts by handling due diligence requests and updating pertinent marketing documents.
- Assist in the preparation of client communications regarding fund performance, financial statements, and reports.
- Conduct research on market trends and peer data, providing comprehensive reports.
- Support the organization and preparation of annual investor conferences, as well as quarterly meetings and calls.
- Maintain and update the investor portal, including the posting of materials and managing access requirements.
- Prepare investment summaries and press releases for new investments.
- Ensure data integrity within the Customer Relationship Management system.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in fixed income, commercial mortgage-backed securities, or real estate (not mandatory)
- Resourceful with strong independent research abilities to locate or generate data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented with the capability to work effectively with various functional groups
- Highly efficient, adaptable, and diligent in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
