IPQA (In-Process Quality Assurance) Tech 1

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced IPQA In-Process Quality Assurance Tech 1 to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and practices.

Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

They will collaborate with production teams to ensure that quality standards are met at all stages of the manufacturing process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively report any quality issues or defects to the appropriate personnel. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines is crucial to success in this role. Additionally, experience with GMP and FDA regulations, SAP or other manufacturing software, and certification in quality assurance or a related field are highly beneficial.
