WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Transfers product to cleaning bins as needed.
- Supervises cleaner operation and addresses minor troubleshooting issues.
- Assists with unloading/loading hopper trucks.
- Transfers split beans and feed from the mill area to holding bins as necessary.
- Assists in bagging room as needed.
- Assists in loading/unloading semi-trucks as needed.
- Helps guide and train new personnel.
- Empties tare bins.
- Facilitates mill changeover operations.
- Maintains the mill area to remain clean and well organized.
- Performs preventative maintenance on milling machinery
- Monitors and adjusts milling machinery to meet quality and customer standards
- Communicates with management and maintenance personnel on a timely basis to facilitate maintenance and repairs.
- Complies with company safety policies and maintains clean and orderly work area.
- Complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures including timely and accurate documentation of required SQF forms.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor.
