Job Title
Our team is seeking a skilled and experienced RN - Tele/Medical-Surgical Float Pool RN to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Care for patients with critical conditions, including those on ventilators, with pressure support, sedation drips, stroke, and cardiac arrest.
- Identify and manage cardiac rhythms, ensuring timely and effective treatment.
- Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adhering to hospital standards and protocols.
Requirements:
- At least 1.5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a similar setting.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Certification are mandatory.
- Able to float to various units, including 7south tele, and adapt to changing priorities and needs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Work Schedule:
Every other weekend is required, with flexibility to accommodate varying shift schedules and unit needs.
Additional Requirements:
- First-time travelers are not accepted; previous experience in travel nursing is essential.
- No travel pairs will be assigned; individuals must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Government-issued photo ID and driver's license are mandatory, with the latter to be provided within 48 hours of signing.
