Trinity is currently hiring a full-time Clinical Team Leader, to work as part of a clinical team providing individual and family counseling to prevent child abuse and neglect and/or out of home placement and promote positive relationships for youth 0- 18 and their families. To promote the professional development and compliance of staff in meeting their required job descriptions and activities.
What will you be doing as a Clinical Team Leader?
•Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, service providers, funding sources and other staff.
•Conduct weekly home visits to provide counseling family/individual/group.
•Conduct formal assessments focusing on client strengths, goals and outcomes using a solution oriented/trauma informed approach.
•Conduct trauma screenings.
•Schedule and participate in treatment review and other service provider meetings
•Complete service/ treatment plans with clients as part of the FASP completion.
•Review and assess client treatment plans, including short- and long-term goals.
•Participates in treatment review and other service provider meetings.
•As part of a team, assist with case management, crisis intervention and make referrals.
•Interact with children in C.A.R.E. program.
•Encourage parent participation in program and agency activities.
•Flexible work hours to accommodate families.
•Participates in community groups addressing prevention services as well as other necessary family and children services.
•Responsible for organizing and supervising school-based internship programs.
•Ensures timely completion and submission of all materials to bring records into compliance with internal and external agency regulations.
•Develops goals, objectives, and accountability systems with assistance from the Director of Prevention.
•Recommends new procedures and/or methodologies that would enhance the Prevention program and staff's ability to meet designated targets and goals Assists Director of Prevention in developing and administering various prevention resources, policies and procedures.
•Assesses on-going community needs and funding resources that would enhance and/or expand the prevention program.
•Additional functions as determined by the Prevention Director.
•Participate in staff development opportunities, in-service trainings and contribute to the program's continuous improvement.
SUPERVISIOR REQUIREMENTS:
•Will build and maintain positive professional relationships with staff and referral sources.
•Will maintain professional boundaries with staff and referral sources.
•Will support clinical staff in the development of formal assessments focusing on client strengths, goals and outcomes using a solution oriented/trauma informed approach.
•Will be responsible for meeting with clinicians bi-weekly to provide Quality Assurance Supervision.
•Will coordinate and participate in monthly peer supervision.
•Will be responsible for supervising school-based internship programs.
•Will be responsible to meet weekly with interns to provide school required individual supervision.
•Will alert Director of any concerns that arise and will problem solve those concerns in a timely manner.
What are your skills and experience?
•A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience.
•MSW, MHC or MA in related field and a minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience
•Will need to be enrolled in SIFI course or have completed it.
•Will need to maintain an active LMHC, LMSW or LCSW license.
SALARY - $60,000 - $65,000
