As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and on-the-ground support to our General Contractor. You will be the point of contact for various project-related activities, including office work, coordinating logistics, and assisting on-site with various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Support:
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for the General Contractor.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client communications.
- Prepare and organize project-related documents, contracts, and permits.
- Track and update project progress and timelines.
On-the-Field Support:
- Visit job sites regularly to assist with day-to-day operations, ensuring projects stay on track.
- Liaise between subcontractors, clients, and the General Contractor to ensure clear communication.
- Assist in managing materials, tools, and equipment logistics on job sites.
Other Duties as Needed:
- Run errands for the General Contractor, including picking up supplies or equipment.
- Provide project updates and progress reports as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Spanish speaker is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of construction terminology and practices is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to various job sites as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
