What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Site Laborer position at Trinity Building and Designs?
We are looking for individuals interested in getting their start in the construction industry at the ground floor. We are a growing site and shell company looking for Operator assistants with residential and commercial grades as well as other tasks. Your willingness to learn and a strong work ethic will open opportunities to train as an operator as you grow with the company.
Responsible for using tape measure, laser transit, shovel, rake, broom, daily machine maintenance, keeping truck clean and organized.
Site Work Laborer Minimum Requirements:
- Punctuality a must
- Clean Driver’s Record and reliable transportation to shop
- Ability to work 40 hours some overtime weekly in all weather
- Respectful with ability to follow directions and work as a team
- Growth minded with the ability retain information
Desirable Skills:
- Ability to use laser transit to establish grade
- Ability to read blue prints and site plans
Pay: $17-$20
