What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Work Construction Supervisor position at Trinity Building and Designs?
Trinity Building and Designs, a subsidiary company of Douglas Brooke Legacy, LLC is currently seeking an experienced full-time Site Work Department Construction Supervisor. Individual must have excellent organizational skills, be honest and ethical, have the ability to be adaptable and multi-task and work as a part of a team.
The Site Supervisor will oversee all site preparation for construction, including scheduling subcontractors, resolving day to day problems on the job site, team building, training and inspecting all work to ensure compliance with plans and specifications for residential projects.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and scheduling material deliveries for site and septic installation.
- Communicate daily with scheduling department for changes and confirmations on schedules and to ensure job schedules are being met through use of in line workers and resources
- Communicate with internal and external teams such as Shell, Scheduling, Accounting, and Builder's trades to ensure a smooth work flow throughout job & to achieve timely CO's.
- Responsible to QC all site and septic jobs.
- Responsible for complying with and maintaining all project safety standards.
- Budgeting and cost control
- Continuous training of all operators and laborers to increase accuracy and speed of project completion.
Qualifications:
- Valid Clean Driver’s License required, CDL a plus.
- BuilderTrend Experience a plus
- 5 years residential grading experience
- 5 year of equipment operation
Pay: Commensurate with experience
