Position Description
The primary purpose of your job position is to assist in the day-to-day recording of medical administrative information and assisting HR functions including:
o Assist in managing records in accordance with established policies and procedures.
o Involvement in recruiting and retaining world-class healthcare professionals.
o Maintain confidentiality of employee and resident related information at all times.
o Serve on, participate in, and attend various committees of the facility.
o Perform administrative requirements, such as completing forms, reports, etc.
o Maintain and track employee education
o Ensure Nursing department supplies are fully stocked.
o Assist in new employee orientation and onboarding
o Coordinate resident medical appointments
$23.00 - $27.00/hr depending on qualifications.
