Trinity Care is looking for an experienced and dedicated Mental Health & SUD Program Supervisor to join our team. Under the direction of the Chief Office Administrator, this role will oversee our Mental Health Skill Building and Substance Use Disorder (SUD) programs, ensuring that we continue to provide high-quality care to our clients. This position plays a key role in the delivery and expansion of our clinical services and ensures compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Mental Health Skill Building and SUD programs in accordance with agency policies and DBHDS/DMAS standards.
- Conduct clinical assessments, including bio-psycho-social histories, mental status exams, and DSM-5 diagnosis development.
- Develop and review individualized treatment plans, setting clear goals, objectives, and discharge criteria to meet client and family needs.
- Perform quality chart reviews to maintain high clinical standards.
- Engage in community marketing efforts and support the expansion of clinical services.
- Attend and contribute to community collaborative meetings and agency management meetings monthly.
- Complete case documentation in compliance with program policies and third-party billing requirements.
- Conduct consumer quality checks and participate in the Administrative On Duty On-Call rotation.
- Contribute to and participate in the agency’s Quality Improvement Plan (at least quarterly).
- Facilitate monthly training sessions to fulfill Continuing Education requirements for Mental Health Skill Building and Intensive In-Home services.
- Complete Initial Services Authorizations and Continued Stay Authorizations.
- Fill in for Mental Health Skill Building/SUD supervisors in their absence.
Qualifications:
- Minimum: License eligible in LCSW, LPC, LMFT
- 5 years of experience in the human services field, including at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong writing and case conceptualization skills with a proven approach to developing effective treatment interventions.
- Valid driver’s license and access to an automobile for client transport (minimum state-required insurance coverage).
