TrinityRail Maintenance Services, Inc. is searching for a talented team player to fill the open positions of 1st and 2nd shift Product Surface Prep at our Shell Rock, IA facility.
What you’ll do:
- Operates tools or equipment to prepare interior and exterior product surface for coating operations. Operates automated blast system and hand held grit ball blast equipment to remove scale, corrosion, paint and dirt. Follows all safety rules and practices
- Proficiently operate automated blast system or hand blast system
- Purge surfaces of all chemicals and contaminates through simple processes
- Follow all safety rules and practices
- May be involved in committees or initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
· Minimum of 1 year of experience
