Trinity Rail is hiring a Chemical Cleaning Lead at our Jonesboro location.

The Chemical Cleaning Lead position is a great opportunity for a resilient, team-minded individual who does not stray away from a challenge. As a leading member of the Chemical Cleaning Family at Trinity, you will lead employees to prepare materials, structures and surfaces for coverage with paint. You will lead the team to complete detailed special applications to complete the process. This position will require you to utilize your knowledge and expertise to determine and complete appropriate cleaning processes for the commodity as well as operating, troubleshooting and maintaining the equipment necessary to complete the cleaning process.
The duties and responsibilities of the Chemical Cleaning Lead are as follows:
- Determines purging requirements based on knowledge, written processes and experience with hazardous chemical purging
- Flaring through complex processes
- Manages the Waste Water process and Boiler operations ensuring Safety measures and Compliance
- Leads the team by assigning tasks
- Assists in the completion of all tasks to meet deadlines
- Maintains and improves quality
- Follows all safety rules and procedures
- May be involved in committees or initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned
Experience:
- 4-6 years related experience
- Boiler Operations, Waste Water and/or Flare experience is desired
