Position Requirements –
- High school diploma or GED
- 2-3 years facilities custodial experience
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
Typical duties –
- Perform minor repairs to the building and fixtures such as chairs, chair stops, table stops, cabinet hands, and drains.
- Install appliances and equipment.
- Performs minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems as needed.
- Monitor and maintain oil in Cathedral blowers.
- Identify necessary major repairs, building operating systems, and low supplies.
- Undertakes other maintenance projects as they arise.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
