- Proficiency in early learning
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask and follow directions
- GED/High School diploma
- Willingness to complete the DCF online training-starting within 90 days of hire
- First Aid/CPR training
- Background screening
- Willingness to care for children under the teacher's direction and supervision
