What are the responsibilities and job description for the College Supervisor position at Trinity Christian College?
Trinity’s Education program is seeking College Supervisors with teaching experience, especially in Physical Education.
Qualifications include:
- over 10 years successful teaching or administrative experience at a proficient level or higher
- strong classroom management skills, extensive work with best teaching practices
- knowledge of comprehensive lesson planning
- ability to mentor and/or coach others effectively
- proficiency with Google platforms and Zoom
Responsibilities include:
- attending orientation
- serving as a liaison between the student teacher, cooperating teaching, and seminar instructor
- making five formal observations per intern
- reviewing lesson plans
- responding to weekly blogs
- completing formal evaluations for each intern
Knowledge of or training in Danielson Framework is desired.
