Trinity Christian College seeks a part-time COVID Testing Administrator to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 12:30 - 4:30 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. The COVID Testing Administrator would assist the Campus Health Coordinator with managing schedules, data and following up with clients being followed in COVID Care or part of the COVID Testing protocols. This is a 5 month temporary position.
The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Maintain and update the testing schedulefor ~200 appointments per week.
- Maintain clean testing data and analyze data weekly.
- Send testing results to clients.
- Report results to the Illinois Department of Public Health.
- Check in and direct clients visiting the testing center as needed.
- Test for COVID-19 adhering to testing procedure.
- Assist with monitoring and responding to emails.
- Follow up with clients who have failed appointments.
- Delegate tasks to student workers as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
