Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement a Florida standards-based curriculum aligned with FLDOE Content Standards.
• Foster a Christ-centered, nurturing classroom environment that promotes spiritual, academic, and social growth.
• Utilize a collaborative teaching model and personalized learning strategies to meet students’ individual needs.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, demonstrating a strong work ethic and professionalism.
• Integrate Christian values into daily instruction and classroom culture.
• Organize and participate in co-curricular activities, special events, awards programs, and field trips.
• Demonstrate a growth mindset, embracing feedback and new challenges with enthusiasm.
• Support and uphold the mission and values of Trinity Christian School.

Qualifications:

• State certification or eligibility required.
• Level 2 background check required.
• Must be an active Christian with a strong understanding of Christian faith principles.
• Flexible, passionate, and eager to make an impact in students’ lives.
