Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Elementary (K-6) Teacher to join our Christian school. Elementary (K-6) Teacher Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and biblical principles.
- Teach core subjects such as math, language arts, science, and social studies.
- Foster a structured, engaging, and Christ-centered learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- Utilize differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Integrate technology and hands-on learning to enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success.
- Maintain a well-managed classroom that promotes positive behavior and respect.
- Provide additional support to students as needed.
- Participate in faculty meetings, school events, and professional development activities.
Elementary (K-6) Teacher Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- Teaching experience in an elementary classroom setting.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to integrate faith-based principles into academic instruction.
- Proficient in using technology to support instruction. Including, but not limited to experience with or ability to learn and effectively use the school’s Information Management System to configure gradebook settings, enter and grade assignments, input lesson plans, take attendance, and communicate with parents.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
