Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Business Administration preferred)
- Previous experience is preferred.
Essential Skills and Abilities
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint
- Proficient in Google Workspace/Suite applications: Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Google Drive experiences-files, sub files, transition files
- Experience/proficiency in creation informational and advertising flyers in Microsoft Publisher/other programs
- Adobe PDF editor experience
- Database management skills
- Experience in editing documents for accuracy/updates
- Project management experience
- Google Dive experiences-files, sub files, transition of files
- Experience/proficiency in creation informational and advertising flyers in Microsoft Publisher/other program

Working Conditions
- Working Environment: indoors in a comfortable temperature-controlled environment and is typically free from dust and hazardous materials.
- Generally, works in a group environment; noise level is typically low with the exception of times between class periods.
- Requires standing for long periods of time; will include frequent walking and sitting
- Physical Demands: Must be able to sit for extended period of time, repetitious hand and body movements, simple grasping, fine and gross motor skills. Stand and walk when administering care. Must be able to bend, squat, kneel, push, pull and lift up to 20 pounds. Must be able to climb one flight of stairs.
- Mental Demands: Ability to work well under pressure; ability to maintain a level of professionalism and calm when others are behaving inappropriately
Work Schedule
Part-time hourly: 20 hours per week (Please note: more availability may be needed for department events)
