Job Summary
We’re seeking a high-energy, reliable Barista who loves coffee and enjoys making great drinks. You’ll be responsible for preparing espresso and energy drinks, heating prepackaged food, working the window, connecting with customers, and keeping the truck running smoothly. You’ll be working in a mobile setting, often as a solo barista or alongside the owner.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft drinks to exact recipe standards
- Make and serve cold energy drinks (Lotus-based), Italian sodas, and cold brew
- Heat and serve prepackaged food (burritos, breakfast sandwiches, baked goods)
- Operate a tablet-based POS system for orders and payments
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the truck, including the bar, prep areas, and service window
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service and product recommendations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (especially in tight spaces)
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and light cleaning at start/end of shifts
Qualifications
- Prior barista experience required
- Must be comfortable working in a small, solo or two-person team setting
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Food handler's card required (or ability to obtain)
- Must be punctual, professional, and able to work independently when needed
- Able to commit to a rotating schedule, weekend and early morning availability preferred

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.40 - $20.45 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
