Position Summary
The Environmental Science Program at Trinity College invites applications for a renewable, full-time Lecturer position. The successful candidate will teach introductory environmental science lectures and laboratories and provide undergraduate research experiences, fostering student engagement and academic success. Responsibilities include delivering engaging lectures and lab sessions that emphasize hands-on learning and mentoring undergraduate students in research projects. The ability to teach a course in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is a plus. The teaching load consists of five courses per year. Participation in departmental service and fostering community-building within the program is expected.

Qualifications
Qualifications include a Ph.D. in Environmental Science or a closely related field (or a Master’s degree with significant professional experience), demonstrated experience in teaching undergraduate courses and a commitment to fostering a comfortable environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
