Daily duties include:
- Performing thorough cleaning of assigned areas (offices, restrooms, and common spaces)
- Sanitizing and dusting surfaces
- Trash and recycling removal
- Vacuuming and mopping
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Following established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Completing routine cleaning tasks via a checklist
- Alarming and locking up buildings
Requirements
- Be 21 years of age or older
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to lift at least 30 pounds
- Pass a background check
