Responsibilities:
- Manage continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs across the company's operations.
- Work with Operations, Executive Leadership, Site Managers, and Cross-Functional teams to ensure the organization maintains the highest standards of workplace safety.
- Oversee the use of Vector EHS software for managing EHS performance.
- Ensure comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs are being executed to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Serve as an environmental steward and keep up to date on regulatory compliance items that can affect operations.
- Foster a positive safety culture across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 7-10 years of manufacturing experience.
- CSP or equivalent certification preferred.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills to senior executives.
- Must have experience with Vector EHS software.
