RESPONSIBILITIES
- The Environmental Coordinator ensures regulatory compliance with LADAR Programs, air permits compliance, air emissions calculations and testing, greenhouse gas emissions, and compliance auditing.
- Ensure compliance with Monthly LDAR monitoring under Subpart OOOO, Annual FLIR GHG camera study, GHG reporting/tracking, etc.
- Responsible for gathering information for semi-annual reports, data gathering for annual OOOO reports, monthly recordkeeping of water/condensate throughput, record keeping of engine maintenance records for JJJJ, Semi-Annual LDAR reports, monthly collecting of compressor reports run hours, input of run hours & MSS into the Access Database.
- Stay abreast of all current rules and regulations pertaining to air regulations and permits for oil and natural gas facilities.
- Office work requires report generation and compliance spreadsheets for regulatory requirements and audit purposes.
- Responsible for internal compliance audits.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferably in the field of physical sciences, natural sciences or engineering.
- Prefer 3 years’ experience in oil & gas processes.
- A history of successfully working on environmental compliance issues.
- Current valid driver's license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- Ability to keep records, analyze and summarize raw data, in order to fill out and submit summary and regulatory reports.
Ability to work well and communicate with all plant personnel and senior managers.
