- Provide senior-level technical support to clients in the areas of air quality permitting, modeling, and compliance.
- Lead teams of junior engineers on complex projects and mentor them to develop their skills.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in environmental regulations and laws and advise clients accordingly.
Responsibilities
- Lead site assessments and develop reports detailing environmental conditions and recommended mitigation strategies.
- Develop and implement environmental management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on environmental compliance status.
- Participate in business development activities, including identifying new opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field from four-year college or university;
- At least five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must have excellent leadership and communication skills.
