About the Opportunity
We are experiencing dynamic growth and looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join our team, helping us maintain momentum by ensuring our marketing materials reflect our innovative brand. The ideal candidate will be equally adept at InDesign and CRM tools to proactively respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs).
As the Proposal Coordinator, you will :
Ensure that all CRM and marketing information systems are current by providing regular entry and update of our client, contact and opportunity informationCoordinate tasks and streamline communication with senior managementCreate and update marketing collateral and understand RFPs / RFQs requirementsHelp with the organization, update, and maintenance of all marketing system materials including proposal master files, SF330 and other government forms, project sheets, resumes, reference lists, photo library, and additional materials such as cover letter and technical scope templatesSupport the marketing team on all brand and marketing initiatives
About You

Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite / InDesignPossess strong prioritization and time management skillsAre able to understand data and leverage insights for business developmentHave proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteThrive in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentAre experienced with Deltek Vision (preferred)
Experience :
