What are the responsibilities and job description for the Admin/Accounting Assistant position at Trinity Contractors?
Duties:
Local construction company operating for over 40 years is looking for a motivated individual preferably with prior construction accounting experience. This individual will need to be able to multi task in a high paced environment, be very detail oriented and have a proficiency in Excel with strong people (phone) skills. Position includes accounts receivable duties including deposit preparation, contract billing, customer collections and end of the month reporting. Accounts payable and general ledger reconciliation also required as this position has growth potential.
Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing accounting tasks
- Proficiency in using accounting software and tools
Note: Previous experience in construction is preferred.
